Noon Secures $44 Million to Transform Product Design

San Francisco-based startup Noon has successfully raised $44 million in a funding round aimed at revolutionizing product design. The round was led by Chemistry, alongside notable investors such as First Round Capital, Scribble Ventures, Elevation Capital, and Afore Capital. Additionally, angel investors from companies like Meta, Canva, Apple, and OpenAI contributed to this funding.

Founded in 2024 by Aditya Bandi, former CEO of Bookpad, and Kushagra Sinha, co-founder of Leap, Noon operates as an AI-driven product design platform. The platform enables users to create functional products using actual code rather than relying on static design files, thus streamlining the design process.

Noon's unique approach allows designs to be generated directly from a user’s codebase, facilitating the development of interactive prototypes that can respond dynamically. This innovation aims to minimize friction between designers and engineers, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.

Currently, Noon is in early access and plans to expand its platform to design teams in the near future.

Both Bandi and Sinha are seasoned entrepreneurs with successful track records. Bandi co-founded Bookpad, a cloud-based document technology company acquired by Yahoo in 2014, while Sinha's previous venture, Jiny (later rebranded as Leap), was acquired by Whatfix in 2021.

The team at Noon comprises engineers and operators with experience from leading tech companies, including Google, Ramp, Vercel, Slack, Uber, PhonePe, Grab, Groww, and Replit.
