Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Aditya Kumar, effective April 3, 2026. Kumar's departure is attributed to personal reasons, as stated in his letter to the board of directors.
Rajesh Tummalaganti has been appointed as the interim CFO. Tummalaganti brings over two decades of experience in finance, having begun his career at Ernst & Young and Kineta Global Limited. He joined Zaggle as deputy CFO in December 2022.

Kumar joined Zaggle in 2022 and quickly rose to the position of CFO within four months. His previous roles included significant positions at Spandana Sphoorty, Noon, and The Sanmar Group, where he managed accounting and taxation, particularly during Spandana's IPO preparations.
Rajesh Tummalaganti's Experience
Tummalaganti's extensive background includes over 13 years at Head Digital Works, the parent company of real-money gaming platform A23, where he served as vice president of Finance before joining Zaggle.
Company Performance
Despite the leadership change, Zaggle has reported strong financial growth, with a net profit of Rs 37.1 crore, reflecting an 88% increase from Rs 19.7 crore in the previous year. The company's operating revenue also surged by 56% year-on-year during the last quarter.
